Trend Alert: Neutrals for Spring 2014

Something that many of you already own falls within the Spring 2014 trend of neutral colors. Neutral colors are anything like soft creams, beiges, or taupes. If you can think of ONE THING in your closet that falls into these colors, then you're already ahead of the trend! The best thing about this trend is that you can pair just about anything with these soft palettes. I'd stick to some simple colors, like blue, red, or green, and in a darker hue since a neon placed against a neutral can be a bit distracting. I'd personally pair a royal blue or deep burgundy for a sharp, clean look.

Since most men are a bit afraid to follow trends like floral prints, pastels, and Pantone's color of the year (radiant orchid), this Spring 2014 trend allows for many more to participate in fashion trends! It's a really simple concept that can go a long way. I'm going to look into adding a nice neutral shoe into my wardrobe since I'm lacking in that department. What I would suggest is looking into a nice cream sweater, or maybe even just the pair of khaki pants you may already own. Always play with what you already have in your wardrobe to minimize the cost, but still look like dropping a pretty penny on this season's hottest clothing. As I always suggest, try checking out ASOS, TopMan, H&M, or Zara to find some great clothes at an affordable price. Besides, everyone loves to do a little shopping, whether or not they like to admit it.

Keep posted for more Spring 2014 trends! As I learn and read about them, I share them all with you :) Feel free to comment or post if you'd like me to share more about something specific. I'll do my best to provide you with quality advice to fit your needs. In the meantime, thanks for reading!
